My Honda had the shakes
A few weeks ago, my car got the shakes. I am immediately reminded of all of the regularly scheduled tune-ups that I have been too lazy/cheap to take care of. Honda always sends me those friendly reminders in the mail with the coupons attached to them. I file them away, fully intending on acting upon them, but then never did. In my mind to get the shakes fixed along with all those missed tune-ups I'm going have to pay at least $10,000, probably $20,000. District 9
I'm sincerely so satisfied with District 9. Don't worry I won't give anything important away, this movie's more of an experience in which to enjoy anyway. To me the movie was an bizarre cross between Independence Day and Schindler's List and The Office (when you watch it you'll see). As audiences become more sophisticated, the ability to extend disbelief becomes more difficult. In the case of District 9, the documentaryesque style completely forced me into a state of belief. What's better then seeing amazing visual effects on beautiful film, its experiencing the authenticity of seeing them on really crappy low...
